Building description

This complex functions as both a restaurant and conference center, and thus contains no offices: only the ground-floor restaurant and the meeting rooms. Compared to the Park’s earlier buildings, this one is notable for its regular geometric form: a cylindrical prism placed inside a square base, whose duality is emphasized by the materials. The combination of visible concrete, wood, and dark-colored brick presents a break from the unified line of the riverbank structures – a distinct departure from the villa-like office buildings.
