StefániaPark office building is located in the centre of the mellow old diplomat and villa district of Zugló, in the immediate vicinity of Városliget. The building is open for tenants from October 2008 following a full reconstruction, offering an area of about 5,320 sqm to let, with an underground garage, a ground-level parking lot and an exclusive inner garden. IVG Group acquired the property in the summer of 2007, before that (barring a few years of abandonment) the elegant building had accommodated the Embassy of Germany for decades.
