Building description

The building is located in the V. district (Lipótváros), in the Mérleg utca, and it was built in 1948. In the building's immediate vicinity are the Gresham Palota, the Four Seasons Hotel, The Sofitel Accor Hotel, the Spenót Ház, Hungarioan National Academy, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Interior. The building's surrounding area is a really prestigious one. The office's total floor area is 3720 sq m, the building plot is 810 sq m. In the street are residential buildings and other office buildings, some of them are still under construction. The orientation is almost completely north-south. Many institutions (police station, fire department, post office, medical services, banks, shops etc.) are within 500 meters by walking.
