Building description

In designing this two-structure project, a key consideration was to create a transition between the high-tech office park and the century-old buildings of the old Gas Works. The architect achieved this by incorporating signature elements of both styles. The facades and interiors feature wood and glass elements, but brick and stone surfaces are also visible. The entrance lobby is cylindrical, an echo of the Gas Works clock towers nearby. Parking is available both underground and in an open-air area at one side.
